Get changed at lunchtime into your full KGS tracksuit - black trackies, red mid-layer, red/grey games top, black skort, white socks & trainers.
Meet in the Junior quad at 3.55pm, bring all your bags.
The coach will take you to and from the venue and be back at school for 6.30pm.
Remember your water bottle!
